Meet our latest hero on wheels — a white Volkswagen Transporter, strong and reliable, now in service supporting the Ukrainian military and medical needs at the frontlines.
🔧 Equipped with a fresh set of tires, this van not only made the long journey from the Netherlands to Ukraine but also supported multiple local transport operations across NL and Germany before departure.
💪 What We Delivered (1,050 kg!):
📦 60 bags/boxes of clothes, blankets, shoes – 600 kg
💊 8 boxes of medical supplies (dressings, disinfectants, etc.) – 100 kg
♿ 5 wheelchairs – 80 kg
🦯 5 sets of crutches – 50 kg
🛞 4 tires on rims – 100 kg
🥫 6 boxes of food – 120 kg
🙏 Huge thanks to:
- Darina and all volunteers in Rees, Germany for collecting and loading the aid.
- Eugene, who picked up the cargo in Rees and drove from NL 🇳🇱 to PL 🇵🇱
- Dmytro, who took over in Poland, crossed the border and delivered it safely to Kyiv and Dnipro
- After 2,800 km, the humanitarian aid was delivered to the Фонд Амбулаторної Медицини, and the van handed over to Ukrainian militaries.
